Dolls from MEXICO, SOUTH AFRICA and ISRAEL

Today I am listing dolls from MEXICO, SOUTH AFRICA and ISRAEL.
I have also added some postcards of people in costume, onto my website.  The postcards show costumes of GEORGIA and PORTUGAL (Madeira).  I always think postcards of people in costume are an excellent source of information, especially if there is no doll available at the time.

As always, you can see more photos, and more information about the dolls on my website.  Just go to my website (www.worldcostumedolls.com) and click onto the Itinerary tab across the top of the HOME Page.  Put the Code number into the search box, and they will come up.
(If you just put in the name of the country, it will bring up all the dolls in that country).

To see the postcards, just click on the "POSTCARDS" tab on the Home Page, and put in the Code No. and they will come up.

VINTAGE DOLLS - SOUTH AFRICA, MEXICO, BRAZIL and SCOTLAND

Today I am listing four little vintage dolls.  I am very fond of this particular type of doll.  I realise that they are not to everyone's liking, but personally,  I think they have a certain charm of their own.  I also think that during the dates these dolls were made,(1960's), plastic was a material which was used frequently to make dolls (and other things).
These days, when everyone is trying to dispose of plastic, I believe that it will possibly be difficult to find dolls such as these in years to come, so we must preserve them!  It is quite possible that eventually they could even become quite collectable because plastic may no longer be in existence.  In the meantime, I hope you will enjoy these dolls.

As always, you can see more photos, and more information about the dolls on my website.  Just go to my website (www.worldcostumedolls.com) and click onto the Itinerary tab across the top of the HOME Page.  Put the Code number into the search box, and they will come up.
(If you just put in the name of the country, it will bring up all the dolls in that country.)

I am also adding two photos which I took on a recent ten mile coastal walk, from Maen-y-Groes to Aberaeron, West Wales.  The scenery was absolutely stunning!
