HAPPY ST. DAVID'S DAY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

The people of Wales (U.K.), always celebrate ST. DAVID'S DAY on March 1st.
On special occasions the people of Wales dress in the National Costume of Wales.  There is a variation in the costume for each County in Wales.  (Please see my page on my blog - "THE WELSH COSTUME" for picture postcards of ladies wearing the Welsh Costume.

Below is just a small selection of some of my dolls in Welsh Costume.

I based this little room box on the famous Welsh Poet and Writer, Dylan Thomas
who lived in South Wales during the 1930's.
(I called this doll - "Thomas Dylan")
